• AESTHETIC INHERITANCES: ONLINE SCREENING

    Image courtesy of Stacey Allen Visit DiverseWorks.org from June 16-19 for a screening of Stacey Allen's Aesthetic Inheritances in celebration of Juneteenth. Allen created Aesthetic Inheritances in collaboration with cultural preservationist and photographer Danielle Mason and filmmaker Keda Sharber and the project was created in part, on the site of the Barrett family home at Barrett Station, a Freedmen's Settlement established in 1875 in Northeast Harris County. Aesthetic Inheritances is presented by DiverseWorks as part of the 2022-23 Project Freeway Fellowship Program.
