Ken Little: The Elements of Progress: Dreams Escape

This was an installation by San Antonio artist Ken Little who sculpts cars, houses, torsos, animal masks, and figures, often using newspapers, maps, charcoal briquettes, bronze, and other common materials. The works shown in this exhibit, Cross, Hope, and Tree, combine test, wall drawings, neon, and TVs to explore the ways in which we find or create meaning in and around the objects of our daily lives. Also shown at this time: Continued Aesthetic Investigation by Jno Cook and Urban Poverty by Ben DeSoto.
