Anita Bunkley and Michael Seckman: Reading

This event featured Michael Seckman who taught English at St. John’s and was involved in Writers in the Schools beginning in 1989. His prose dealt with themes of family, race, and relationships. The reading also featured Anita Bunkley, a writer-in-residence at the Menil Collection who wrote heavily researched African-American historical fiction.
