Juried temporary outdoor sculpture exhibition, a joint project with the Houston International Festival featuring site-specific works by John Atlas, The Art Guys, Sharon Kopriva, Mark Monroe, Dean Ruck, and Wendy Smith. British artist Rose Finn-Kelcey also created site-specific work.

Jurors: Jim Edwards, Rachel Hecker, James Surls.

There was considerable controversy over the piece proposed by The Art Guys. While it was approved by the jury, the Houston Parks and Recreation Department director Dan Olson vetoed the sculpture citing safety reasons. Ultimately, another piece was proposed and accepted by the city.
