Jno Cook: Continued Aesthetic Investigation

In this exhibit, Chicago artist Jno Cook radically altered ordinary cameras and everyday objects to create “new” cameras, hoping to demystify the technology behind producing images and to investigate how changes in the lens or camera body can affect the aesthetics of image-making. The accompanying catalog was made in conjunction with Foto Fest. Also shown at this time: Urban Poverty by Ben DeSoto and The Elements of Progress: Dreams Escape by Ken Little.
