COLLECTIVE PRESENCE

Collective Presence is a hub for creative and cultural activity to address topics related to social, political, and environmental issues of the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. Part exhibition, part curatorial concept, and part experiment, this project proposes the exhibition space as a format for a collective call and response to the current trends of futurist and decolonization practices.

Collective Presence brings together multiple perspectives and interdisciplinary approaches to creative leadership and critical inquiry. Through a series of micro-residencies, workshops, and events, creative practitioners have been invited to develop new work on site and in conversation with each other.
