COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS: VIDEO COLLABORATIONS FROM THE ’70s TO THE ’90s

Collective Consciousness surveys thirty-years of video collaborations. From the 1970’s guerrilla style activism of TVTV (Top Value Television) to the absurdist: “Rescue Parables” of Halfifers, video collectives continue to illuminate the concerns of each radically changing generation. In an effort to enhance your viewing pleasure, curators Grover and McDonald will transform subspace into a comfy, communal lounge for the screening of these selected video works.
