DiverseWorks aggregates such information to measure the use of our Web Site and to improve its content.

We also collect information about you when you request information about our performances, educational programs, sponsorship programs and other programs and services. We also collect information about you when you send us an e-mail, so that we may respond to your message.

DiverseWorks uses the information you provide to us to process your orders and to provide our services to you. We may also use this information to contact you regarding upcoming events and for other promotional or marketing purposes. In addition, the information you provide to us is shared on occasion with other arts organizations to help them contact consumers for marketing purposes.
We sometimes engage third parties, such as contractors, to provide certain operational services to us or on our behalf. We may share your information with those third parties as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
DiverseWorks reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

How we Protect your information
We have procedures in place that limit access to your personally identifiable information to those employees and other individuals who need to know such information to provide products and services to you.
